The MS Europa cruise ship was anchored in the seas of Porto Santo, today, the 9th of November. This ship, from the island of Madeira, sails with 250 passengers, 107 of whom wanted to set foot on Porto Santo.

Visitors to our island, mostly German, had the opportunity to take organized excursions, trips to the island by bus, jeep tours, hikes to Pico do Castelo and Moledo and visits to the city centre.

The ship anchored around 08:00h and departed, bound for the Canary Islands, at 15:00h.

Enrollment is now open for the IX edition of the Volta à Cidade - Eduardo Faustino Race. This athletics competition, organized by BRGym, has the support of the City Council and will take place on December 17, starting from Largo das Palmeiras.

Interested parties can register and clarify any doubts at the aforementioned gym, located in the Pavilhão Multiusos in Porto Santo.
