Idalino Vasconcelos participates in the Conference "From Democratization to Cultural Democracy: Rethinking Institutions and Practices" to be held in Porto Santo which involves the Vice-President of the European Commission (online), the Chief of Staff of the European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture , Education and Youth (online), the Minister of Culture, the Minister of Education (online), the Regional Secretary for Tourism and Culture and the Commissioner for the National Arts Plan.
